Cook beef in skillet over medium heat. during cooking, season with 1/2 tsp of each seasoning and 1 quarter of lemon at a time until all used. add more or less to taste. add also 2 pinch chopped cilantro to meat while cooking, until fully cooked. we cooked ours a little longer to make it a little crispy.
  2. Heat beans until heated through. mix in about 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, heat until melted (opt.)
  3. Place chips as desired on plate. "sprinkle" beans on chips. top with meat. top with cheese, place in microwave about 1 1/2 min, until cheese MOSTLY melted.
  4. Top with desired toppings, place in microwave about 30 sec. top with sour cream for dipping. add tapatio or fave hot sauce as desired.
