- Get 1 lb. Ground Chuck
- Get 1/4 C Diced White Onion

- Take 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Prepare 1 (4 oz) can Sliced Black Olives
Just be sure to brown the meat over medium high heat and drain the grease well once the meat is no longer pink. Place some of the ground beef and some of the cheddar in a straight line in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly. Place enchiladas seam side down in the baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top, making sure that tortillas are completely covered.
Instructions to make Ground Beef Enchiladas:
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In large pan, add ground chuck and onion and cook until meat is browned. Drain.
- Add beans and 1/4 C of the Enchilada Sauce to the meat mixture and simmer for 8-10 mins on low heat. Remove and let cool for about 5-6 mins in order to handle.
- Add Meat/Bean mixture and a small portion of the cheddar cheese onto each tortilla and roll. Place each into the baking dish with seam facing down.
- Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese and olives on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes after removing.
Place enchiladas seam side down in the baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top, making sure that tortillas are completely covered. You will need cooked ground beef, taco seasoning (try my homemade version) an onion, enchilada sauce, tortillas and shredded cheese. Once you have everything together, it's just a matter of assembling the enchiladas. Fill each tortilla with the ground beef mixture and a little cheese.
