- Now the preparation of cream on the cake: take hot water into a bowl and keep aside, take another bowl and add chocolates, milk and butter.
- Keep this bowl on a hot water bowl for 5 mins and mix it till it gets paste like consistency
- Now whisk this mixture using a electric beater or manual whisker for 5-10 mins it it becomes fluffy and smooth cream and keep it aside.
- Now take cakes that you prepared and add some sugar syrup each layer and then apply the above prepared chocolate cream each layer
- On the top layer apply for 2 tyms so that the output gets more creamier. - Shred the chocolate using a shredder and decorate as per your Choice using choco chips and chocolate balls.
