- Get 1 packages crushed Graham cracker
- Get 1 can condense milk
- Get 1 for cover: milk powder, dessicated coconut or crumbs

In a double boiler, melt butter and baker's chocolate. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Add your desired amount of rice to the zip lock bag, mix a little vinegar with the food colouring and add it to your bag. Shake the bag until all the rice is covered and to the colour of your choice then leave out to dry.

- In a bowl, mix condense milk and crushed graham crackers until its firm like a dough.
- Then, scoop a spoonful and add or insert your preferred filling. And using your wet hands form it into a ball and put in a pan.
- Roll the balls to your chosen cover.. Then chill.
