- Bring heavy cream to a simmer where bubbles just start around edge of pan (DO NOT OVER BOIL YOU WILL HAVE TO START OVER IF YOU DO)
- Pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips stand for 30 seconds (1 min if doing 2 packages at once) and mix with whisk starting in center and moving outward untill completely smooth
- Make sure cake is level and pour chocolate over top of cake evenly so it flows over the side or frost with spatula if needed
- Place cake uncoverd in refrigerator to cool and chocolate to set up aprox 1 hr then you may cover if you want
