- Beat together all the wet ingredients.
- Then slowly fold in the dry ingredients
- Then fold the oreo into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 7" tin and bake it at gas mark 5 for 30 minutes.
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool down completely.
- Beat together condensed milk, cream and vanilla extract, till it forms soft peaks, then fold in the chopped oreos. The frosting is ready to use.
