  5. Meanwhile cut 3/4 of the chocolate and place in a tin in hot water (double boiler method) or put in a microwave to melt.
  6. Cut the top part of the cake to even out.Spread the chocolate over the cake.
  7. Grate the remaining chocolate on the cake to act as shavings.Garnish with Oreo cookies.
