These are nothing but cake lollipops covered with chocolate. Just you need to take any cake of your choice or availability and crumble that and then add some moisture to bind it, for this you can take either sweet milk, condensed milk, whipping cream (Like I have used here) or melted butter. Instructions to make Eggless cake pops:
  1. In a large bowl put the chocolate cake
  2. Crumble the cake until it resembles - fine breadcrumbs.
  3. Mix the cake in some of the frosting & until the mixture can be formed into balls
  4. Make balls of the mixture by rolling between ur hands.
  5. Place ur cake balls in a tray and put them in the fridge to set it about for 30 mins.
  6. Next melt ur dark chocolate.The consistency should be smooth and runny.
  7. Take out the chocolate balls from the fridge.
  8. Dip lollipop stick into the melted dark chocolate.Then place into the cake balls.
  9. Once u have put sticks in every ball.
  10. Dip each one into the chocolate to entirely cover the ball.
  11. Add the sprinkles decoration of ur choice.
  12. Leave to set.. Ur cake pops is ready.
