The ingredients needed to make Pasta Salad:
  1. Get 1 Handaful of ground beef
  2. Take 1 cup Stir fry vegetables
  3. Get 1 Cucumber
  4. Make ready 1 cup Pasta

  6. Get 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  7. Take 1 Onion
  8. Get 1 tbsp Ceasar dressing
  9. Get 1 tbsp Spices as desired
  10. Take 1 Lettuce

Try a fresh twist on the classic pasta salad with a tangy, veggie yogurt-based dressing, plus apples, walnuts and chickpeas. Put the pasta into a bowl. Chop the tomatoes, olives, chives, basil and cucumber into pieces about half the size of the pasta and add to the bowl. Squash the garlic cloves out of their skins and mush in a pestle and mortar.

Steps to make Pasta Salad:
  1. Boil pasta until done and set aside
  2. In a pan fry the ground beef and the vegetables adding spices and salt until done
  3. In a bowl mix finely chopped onions, cut cucumbers and lettuce. Add the ground beef and vegetable mix. Mix it all together and add sweet chilli sauce and salad dressing and spices if desired.
  4. Add pasta to the mix and put in fridge for a few minutes so that it sets or serve it right away

Add the vinegar, oil and seasoning. Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water as per the packet instructions. Whisk together the lemon zest and juice, red onion, oil and a generous amount of pepper.
