Crafted in popsicle molds, cakesicles are an easy-to-make version of the ever-popular treat with a chocolate shell surrounding a blend of cake and frosting. Now for the second method for making the cakesicle. I call this the painting method. This tends to work better with the larger mold because since it is so big, and heavy, there is more chance of the cake falling off the stick if you try and dip it.

Instructions to make Cakesicle:
  1. Take sponge cake and crumble it. Add chocolate ganache or any chocolate sauce or condensed milk in it as required for binding. Mix them well and give it a oval or round shape preferably with an ice cream stick.
  2. Put the cakesicles on butter paper and Keep them in freezer for ten minutes.
  3. After ten minutes cakesicles perfectly took shape.
  4. Melt chocolate Dark or milk as per your choice in microwave for ten minutes or on gas stove in double boiler for ten minutes..when it melts thoroughly dip your cakesicles in the melted chocolate.. after that drizzle some edible sugar candies and melted white or dark chocolate on it for garnishing…and again keep them in freezer for ten minutes.. Cakesicles are ready to eat.
