- Take Red pepper and onions
- Take Groundnut oil
- Take Beef meat and Pormo

- Prepare Salt

When stew is done, remove from oven and discard thyme sprigs and bay leaves. If stew is not thick enough, reduce over the stovetop until desired consistency is reached. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately with rice.
Steps to make Rice and Stew:
- Boil the rice and set aside. Season your beef with the complete seasoning, knorr cube and salt and keep for 30mins
- Wash your tomatoes, onions and pepper before blending all together.
- Pour the blended tomatoes and pepper into a pot, put on your cooker and allow to boil until the water is dry
- Steam your seasoned meat and your pormo for 30mins or more until tender
- Pot a clean pot on fire, add groundnut oil and heat for 1 minute then pour your steam meat to fry for 5-10 minutes
- Add your sliced onions into the pot, allow it to fry for 20 seconds then pour your tomatoes to it
- Add knorr cubes, complete seasoning and salt to taste and your meat stock and Pormo.
- Allow it cook for 30minutes until the water dries up completely. Your Stew is ready to serve.
- Dish your rice in and plate garnish with sliced boiled egg around and sliced pepper on top and serve with your stew and a chilled drink
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately with rice. Begin by lightly browning beef chunks (beef chuck is our preference) on all sides. Add in diced onion and bell pepper, and cook, stirring for about five minutes. Next in is the garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
